4 out of 5 Great trophy, let down by courier The deliver time was not clear on website. Had to pay £10 extra for next day delivery to get in time. The courier did not deliver the next day, total nightmare. We nearly did not have any awards to give to our volunteers. In the end a very kind woman at DPS searched through the parcels and I had to go and collect from them. Look carefully for the delivery date before you order. Reviewed Monday 24 June 2019 by Grace
