3 out of 5 Excellent Quality I would give 5 stars to the speed in production and the quality of the service. People I have dealt with when placing the order were very professional and helpful. They make you feel like you are in good hands - and you really are. Unfortunately, the sweet experience became very bitter when it came to their delivery partners. A total chaos. DPD is a joke. My recommendation for the Trophy Store to change their delivery partner immediately, because DPD is only making you look terribly unprofessional and your recommendation scores drop here (at least with me).
