Excellent and Professional Service

The process from ordering to receiving my product was completed extremely quickly, professionally and easily.
Communication and updates regarding my order were excellent, checking artwork extremely easy and the final product itself - totally brilliant.
I would definitely recommend this company again and will certainly be using them in the future.
All staff from answering the phone to manufacturing the product were helpful, polite and courteous at all times.
I really can not find fault with anything, to sum up this company in three words " excellent, excellent and excellent!"

Incredible product and service

Fanstastic service

Everyone that I spoke to regarding the order of trophies were so helpful and they all arrived in perfect condition with the correct inscriptions in time for our event. Will definitely use them again next year.

Replacement for a damaged award

Very pleased with the whole process of ordering, designing the image for my purchase and the prompt delivery to replace a damaged Award. Hopefully I will be using Trophy Store again in the future. Many thanks for a great retail experience.
